Returns & Refunds
due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our pottery, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Each piece is individually crafted, and slight variations of form, glaze, and surface detail are part of what makes your item unique.
If your order arrives damage in transit please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. Be sure to photograph the box from the exterior if there are obvious signs of damage as well as the unpacking process.
